Therapeutic Writing

In terms of rationalising feelings from present or past. Write it down on paper - it doesn't need to be perfect English, or grammatically correct. It doesn't need to be an article, and it doesn't need to be public. It can stay in a notebook, or on a piece of paper which is destroyed when finished with - it can remain completely private.
